- The original hard copy of the document which (or a copy of which) you wish to have legalised;

- Online payment receipt;
- A prepaid return envelope, if you are not willing to collect or pay us for shipping service;
Processing Times & Fees
Following options are only for documentation which is signed/stamped by the UK public official/office and is going to be sent to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office for Apostille. Solicitor certification service is NOT included.
Standard Service
2-6 working days
If we receive your documentation by 11:00 on a Monday, the document (with apostille affixed) will be back in our office ready for collection or dispatch by following Wednesday.

Same day
As long as your documentation is recieved by us before 10:00 on a working day, the document (with apostille affixed) will be ready for collection or dispatch by the end of the day.

As standard practise, we do not scan documents before dispatching them. Therefore if you wish us to scan your documents and email to you, you need to order this service below.

- Public holidays in the UK and FCO system failure will extend processing time. If it happens to your case, we will contact you immediately;
- FCO charges may increase without notice. If it happens to your case, we will contact you for the difference;
